The Broncos need a as healthy as possible Harris against New England as possible in the AFC Championship Game.
There was much angst about the status of Chris Harris Jr.
After Sunday, the speculation started to mount if he could even play. The story surfaced after the 23-16 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers that he would play only in limited action. That meant Bradley Roby would get the start and most of the playing time against the New England Patriots receivers.
Until a story broke Tuesday from BSN that quoted Harris saying, "I'm going to fight through it. It actually feels way better than it did last week at this time."
If true, that is huge for the Broncos secondary in how it plans to cover Julian Edelman.
"Unless I have a setback, I should see full reps this week, not limited," Harris Told the website.
Harris' injury dates back to the regular-season finale against the San Diego Chargers.
"Two games that I had to fight through this," Harris told the media after the Pittsburgh game. "It's just football. I have to do the best I can to be me out there. It's very hard.'
On a day off for the Broncos, they couldn't get better news.
