The Denver Broncos needed this kind of good news, considering the depth on their offensive line is already thin and questionable.
The Denver Broncos had feared that Ja’Wuan James Knee Injury was severe enough to end his season, but Ian Rapoport of NFL Network has reported that the results came back suggesting the injury is not season-ending.
#Broncos RT Ja'Wuan James, one of the NFL’s highest-paid right tackles, suffered a knee injury that is not season-ending, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. It’s unclear how much time he’ll miss, but at the least, they avoided worst-case scenario.

We will likely have additional updates later today on the severity of the knee injury and how much time James may miss as he works back from this scare. In the meantime, the Broncos plan will likely be to start Elijah Wilkinson against the Chicago Bears and possibly beyond. He’ll need to play his best football against that front seven.
James was signed by the Broncos as a free agent this past offseason to a rich four-year $51 million deal.
