Saucony is no stranger to giving us some dope releases inspired by delicious food such as the Ramen-inspired Saucony Grid 8500 that dropped in 2017. For their next treat they look to one of our favorite appetizers for guidance with the Saucony Shadow 6000 Guacamole.
Inspired by the delicious spread that is traditionally combined with tortilla chips, this Saucony Grid 6000 takes on a green upper that resembles guacamole in a combination of leather and a textured nubuck. The entire mudguard is then done in brown with materials that include leather and a hairy suede. Finishing details include Saucony avocado logos on the tongue, “Saucamole” branding on the heels, and a white rubber sole unit.
Look for the Saucony Shadow 6000 Saucamole to release February 26th at select Saucony retailers and online for $140.
