Considered to be one of the boldest iterations of the Nike Foamposite One we’ve seen in quite some time, this Northern Lights-themed Foamposite One comes with a foam shell covered in a Green Glow and Fierce Purple colorway that’s meant to represent the beautiful light you see in the north sky also known as the Northern Lights. Adding some contrast to the upper are the black accents that not only offset the bold look of the upper, but also forces you to pay even more attention to the vibrancy of the foamshell. Set to release tomorrow for $250, you’ve had enough to think about it, who’s picking up a pair?

I appreciate the creativity behind the theme, but I’ve never been fan of the model and I don’t think I will be anytime soon. The bulkiness and overall look of the shoe was never something I got into. The lack of the Nike Swoosh on the upper is something that also doesn’t sit well with me.
