Cardinals at Dolphins recap: Miami offensive snap count

The Miami Dolphins, for the seventh time in eight games, put another win on the board Sunday when they came away with the 26-23 victory over the Arizona Cardinals. The game kept Miami in the middle of the AFC Wildcard hunt, but will, of course, be remembered for the injury to quarterback Ryan Tannehill.

For the first time this season, there is someone in the quarterbacks category of our Snap Counts not named Tannehill. Backup quarterback Matt Moore was forced into the game late in the third quarter when Tannehill sprained the MCL and ACL in his left knee due to a low hit on his plant leg. The 14 snaps which Moore played were the first 14 plays Tannehill missed this season, though with the injury, it will not be the only plays in which Tannehill will not play this year.

Each week, we look at what players played for the Dolphins in their most recent game, listing them with the total number of snaps they played and the percentage of the snaps from the game. We break it into two posts, the first being the offense, which will be below, and then the defense, which will come later today.
