Here's what we learned.

Doug Pederson's first press conference as head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles took place on Tuesday afternoon. Eagles Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lurie also spoke. It certainly wasn't the most inspiring presser of all time, but a lot of topics were addressed. Here's a brief overview of what we learned. Eagles coaching search process

Lurie confirmed Eagles will search for new head of player personnel

Lurie failed to clarify Howie Roseman's role because he said he doesn't want to give away details that could compromise a search for their new executive. Lurie did say he will hold Roseman accountable but he did not say how he will do that.
