Editorial: The Urban Winter Look

Contrarily to summer and the warmer seasons – when we normally feel like refining our looks and appearance – people tend to be less motivated to do so in the Winter. However, it is totally possible to get a 100% classy and Urban style, even when the temperatures drop way below zero.

Casual-chic

Here’s a laidback yet elegant look. What we notice the most at first are the Bucktown Wing Ox Shoes, that bring out a touch of originality. Instead of going for a classic black or brown shoe, we stay in the shades of blue, while keeping a sober and chic style. The Filson’s Scout watch is also a winner – you can wear it with a suit, a nice Shirt or even a t-shirt.

The WesC’s Fakir shirt is ultra-practical. Once again, the type of shirt you can wear casually – with a shirt under, for example – or for a more formal event. On its side, the Commuter 511 Slim 5 from Levi’s will give out a perfect cut and a simple fit.

Modern Simplicity

To begin, it is pretty hard not to notice the elegance and the exceptional quality of the Monitor jacket from Arc’teryx Veillance. Mixed with the Attaché SWIMS bag and the NIXON’s Polished Gunmetal Corporal SS urban watch, you get a blend of class and streetwear as a winter style.

Once again, you’ll find the Levi’s Navetteur 511 pants, that stands out with its nice cut and adjusted fit. The Penfield’s Kendrick shirt perfectly blends with the style, with its cotton fabric and fancy little pocket. To complete everything, you can even wear a cap, like the NIXONS’s Tide 5 Panel.
