Nii Lante Vanderpuije the Sports Minister-designate plans to strict his rules as he vows to stop Avram Grant from his constant stay outside Ghana.

Speaking in his interview the Sports Minister, Nii Lante Vanderpuije declares that they have to take some hard steps to establish their board. He promised to stop Black Stars coach Avram Grant from his constant stay outside Ghana.

The source reveals that Israeli trainer has often been criticized for spending little time in the country to monitor the Premier League talents, even he doesn’t meet the Ghanaian Coaches as well.

The former Chelsea Boss has met Ghana Premier League Coaches once since taking over the Black Stars job in November 2014.

Nii Lante says that it is his conviction that their local coaches have the ability to excel and do better than the foreign coaches. They have a foreign coach now. He doesn’t have a problem with Avram Grant.

He added that he admits Avram is a wonderful coach, but he has to spend lots more of his time in Ghana to transfer knowledge and technical know-how to their coaches to build them up.
