Antonio Conte still hasn’t given his blessing for Juan Cuadrado to swap Chelsea for Juventus in the summer transfer window, according to reports in Italy.
Gianlucadimarzio.com are reporting that Cuadrado’s agent Alessandro Lucci met with Chelsea officials on Wednesday in the English capital in an attempt to thrash out a deal which would see the Colombian return to the Serie A champions.
However, the same article claims that Conte still hasn’t given the go-ahead for the 28-year-old to return to Juventus which has created tension between the Serie A holders and the west London side.
Cuadrado has struggled to make a telling impact at Stamford Bridge after Jose Mourinho signed the playmaker in a £21m deal from Serie A side Fiorentina in January 2015.
