Manchester United are keeping tabs on Paris Saint-Germain manager Thomas Tuchel, according to a report in France.
French media outlet Le 10 Sport, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that Manchester United are one of two clubs monitoring Tuchel’s position at the Ligue 1 side.
The same article states that Manchester United are watching Tuchel’s situation at PSG despite Solskjaer signing a permanent three-year deal in March.
According to the same story, the Red Devils are one of two clubs keeping a close eye on the German head coach, as FC Barcelona also retain an interest in Tuchel.
The report goes on to add that Tuchel is under pressure to deliver at PSG after the Ligue 1 side failed to reach the Champions League quarter-finals last term.
Indeed, Manchester United mounted an impressive comeback to beat PSG at the Parc des Princes and progress to the last four of the Champions League under Solskjaer.
The Norwegian head coach has already been given funds to mould the Manchester United team following his appointment as the permanent manager at the end of March.
Solskjaer signed Swansea City winger Daniel James, Crystal Palace full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Leicester City centre-half Harry Maguire in the summer transfer window.
Manchester United haven’t won the Premier League title since 2013.
