Gary Lineker took to social media to heap special praise on Trent Alexander-Arnold after Liverpool FC claimed a 2-0 win over Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday.

The Reds took the lead in the 41st minute at Anfield thanks to Mohamed Salah’s sixth Premier League goal of the season.

And summer signing Xherdan Shaqiri made the points secure when he doubled the home side’s lead in the 53rd minute on Merseyside.

Alexander-Arnold has been a regular fixture in the Liverpool FC team this season and he notched up an assist to help the Reds beat the Cottagers on Sunday.

And England legend Lineker has clearly been very impressed by what he has seen from Alexander-Arnold of late.

Lineker wrote on Twitter: “The passing range of @trentaa98 is something to behold. .”

Sunday’s win lifted Liverpool FC to the top of the Premier League table ahead of Chelsea FC and Manchester City’s clashes later in the day.

Liverpool FC will return to Premier League action after the international break when they take on Watford away from home on 24 November.
