Jose Mourinho has insisted that he is feeling no added emotion ahead of Chelsea’s trip to Manchester United on Sunday.
The Red Devils boss is preparing his side for their third clash against the Blues this season after Antonio Conte’s men claimed two victories at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League and the FA Cup.
Mourinho was sacked as Chelsea manager in December 2015 after a dismal run of form left the Blues towards the bottom of the table.
His dismissal came just months after he led Chelsea to a Premier League and League Cup double.
Mourinho has led Chelsea to three Premier League titles during his two spells at the club, but the Portuguese coach insists that he will be treating Sunday’s game like any other.
Asked by a reporter if he would be feeling any added emotion facing his old club, Mourinho bluntly told BT Sport: “You say that word emotion. For me, it is just a game. One more game. No difference for me, not at all.”
