Chelsea have been handed a big injury boost ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash with Crystal Palace after Eden Hazard took part in full training on Thursday.
The Belgian playmaker sat out Chelsea’s 2-1 win over Stoke City before the international break with a calf injury and did not feature for his country during their recent games.
However, it would appear that the 26-year-old is now closing in on a return to action for the west London side after he was pictured in training at Cobham.
Hazard looked to be in good shape as he and his Chelsea team-mates enjoyed the warm and sunny weather in London at Cobham.
Chelsea head into Saturday’s crunch game with a 10-point lead at the top of the Premier League table as they chase the title in Antonio Conte’s first season at the club.
Hazard, 26, has played a key role in helping Chelsea establish themselves as the firm favourites to win the title by scoring 11 goals in the Premier League so far this term.
The former Lille playmaker has also notched up eight assists in all competitions for Conte’s men this season.
Chelsea, who finished 10th last season, will take on Tottenham in the semi-finals of the FA Cup later this month.
