Aaaah, it’s that time of the year again, The Pannonian Challenge in Osijek, Croatia returns for the 18th time, making it one of the longest running rollerblading competitions in the world, and one of the best visited, with almost 20000 visitors at the three day event. And with past winners such as Dominik Wagner, Diego Guilloud, Joe Atkinson, brothers Sanjin and Tin Hadžiomerspahić, Jan Fehlmann and other notable bladers, you know it’s one of the best events in this part of Europe, and also a part of the FISE Tour.
This year’s list of confirmed riders is strong, let’s just mention Joe Atkinson coming back to reclaim the 2015 title, Trigger Skate powerhouse Julien Cudot, Stephane Alfano and Mathieu Heinemann.
Let’s not forget the nice prize purse, with the first spot cashing in a cool 650 euro, and cash prizes from first to tenth place.
