Connor McDavid up to 20 points in nine games

Connor McDavid notched one goal and one assist in a 5-3 victory over Calgary on Friday in Game 2 of the second round. 

McDavid assisted on a goal by Duncan Keith in the first period and scored his sixth goal of the postseason during the second stanza. He has supplied a multi-point performance in eight of nine games during the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Mcdavid has amassed a league-leading 20 points through nine matches.

Keith got his first goal in nine games this postseason to get the Oilers on the board at the 13:38 mark of the first period. He cut Edmonton’s deficit to 2-1 at the time. Keith added two helpers, including one on the power play, in the second period. He only had one assist in eight contests going into Friday’s match.
