Barcelona are now 'getting closer' to finalising a Deal with Sevilla for the transfer of Jules Kounde, as per Fabrizio Romano.
The two clubs made 'positive contacts' in the morning and Kounde has already agreed on personal terms with Barca.
Romano adds that Chelsea are 'tired' of waiting for the green light for the transfer.
The Blues agreed on a deal with Sevilla for the transfer a few days ago but it has been held up. They will move on to alternative options if the deal isn't done soon.
