Chelsea have offered Sevilla €65m for Jules Kounde, reports Gerard Romero.
Besides, the Blues doubled Barcelona's Salary proposal to the Frenchman, offering the player €12m net per year. Barca's offer was €6-7m net.
The player must make the decision in the coming days. It is expected that Friday will be key for his future.
