Of course you do. The way to do that is to sign up for SugarHouse Sportsbook’s $100,000 Pro Football Pick ‘Em Contest in the state of New Jersey.

If you sign up by August 31, you’ll receive the early-bird discount and your entry fee will only be $100. If you sign up between September 1 and September 7, you’ll still get a partial early-bird discount and your entry fee will only be $125. If you sign up from September 7 until September 13, which is the first Sunday of the NFL season, you’ll have to pay the full entry fee of $150.

There is no rake for this contest, though, so 100% of the entry fee goes into the prize pool. The grand prize for the contest will be at least $30,000, but it could go higher depending on the number of entries. Weekly prizes will be available and the entry with the fewest correct picks will also get a booby prize of $500.

Here’s how it all works. It is a NFL Pick ‘Em Contest, so all you have to do is pick the straight up winner. There are no spreads. You just have to pick the winner in each NFL game. The player with the most correct picks will win $1,000 on a weekly basis and there will be a tiebreaker question that must be filled out along with the weekly selections.

The secondary tiebreaker will go to the player that submitted their picks first, so time could be of the essence, but we all know that this will be a unique year with injuries and COVID-19 tests, so you’ll have to weigh that risk and reward in your handicapping.

The top 100 contestants will win cash prizes at the end of the season. If there are less than $100,000 worth of entries, first place is worth $30,000, second place is worth $10,000, third place is worth $7,000, fourth place is worth $5,000, fifth place is worth $3,000, and places sixth through 10th are worth $1,000. Prizes range from $600 to $150 from 11th all the way to 100th.

If there are more than $100,000 worth of entries, then the prize pool will be awarded on a percentage basis, with 30% to the winner, 10% to second, 7% to third, 5% to fourth, 3% to fifth, 1% to 6th through 10th, and then from 0.6% to 0.15% for the rest of the top 100.

Only the winner will be paid out on a weekly basis and will receive $1000. You can have up to 25 Pick ‘Em entries in the contest, so you can give yourself a lot of chances to win the SugarHouse Sportsbook’s $100,000 Pro Football Pick ‘Em!

You can enter your picks on the website or on the mobile app and this contest is restricted to players in the state of New Jersey only. Picks can be made any time from 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday through 12:59 p.m. ET on Sunday. The contest does NOT include Thursday Night Football. It only covers Sunday and Monday games.

Because we unfortunately need this stipulation this season, the contest is official if at least nine (9) weeks of the NFL season are completed. If the season is cut short at eight or fewer weeks, all entries will be refunded.
