We are back with an update on possible arrival of Ivan Perisic to Arsenal before the transfer window closes on Thursday;

There have been talks of Arsenal being in contact with Perisic’s agent and they have been told terms of the deal by Inter Milan after Ivan requested out.

The Italian based side demand either a full transfer, costing around €35m, or a loan move with clauses that make it compulsion for the Gunners in the summer.

FC Inter News reports that Arsenal have offered Ivan Perisic €3m for the rest of the season (to cover the loan period), It further states that he’d then earn €6.5 to €7m a season on a three year contract should Arsenal complete a permanent move in the summer.

These figures are said to be acceptable to Perisic.

Wages are usually quoted after tax by the Italian media.

Contacts between the clubs continue, and one of the clubs would have to compromise if a common ground is to be found over the next few days.
