Manchester City’s long lost defender, Whom you probably might have forgot about – Eliaquim Mangala is set to be back from knee injury which kept him out for about half a year.
Mangala was only into his second appearance of the season (on loan at Everton) when he suffered basically his season ending injury and the door for a move away from his ‘nightmare’ spell at City were forced to shutdown.
Eliaquim announced his return via Twitter, thanking everyone who helped him in the tough times.
A lot of time has passed between these moments, but one thing in common: work & determination !
Happy to be back on the field, thank you to all those who supported me : my family, my friends,my physiotherapists, my teammates, my staff, my team and all of you ! #MangoIsBack pic.twitter.com/jLKLvaqX3R
