SOUTH AFRICA have been spotted Trolling Owen Farrell in the wake of his controversial high shoulder tackle.
England’s star man nailed a nervy touchline kick in the 12-11 win at Twickenham on Saturday.
But things nearly took a bad turn when Farrell appeared to make an illegal shoulder tackle on Andres Esterhuizen in the dying seconds.
He was cited after the match and left sweating over his role in the upcoming clash against New Zealand.
However, Farrell has been cleared to take on the All Blacks – despite picking up a slight hip injury during the Springboks battle.
He believes England have exactly what it takes to land a famous victory over the world’s best players.
But South Africa aren’t letting Farrell forget his shocking tackle from the weekend just yet.
Footage from training showed head coach Rassie Erasmus practicing drills ahead of the next game against France.
In a one-on-one session with Esterhuizen – the victim of Farrell’s hit – Erasmus urged the star to continue tackling a dummy higher and higher.
When Esterhuizen finally lands a huge blow high up, Erasmus was seen applauding, and it is clear that the Boks are still smarting over their narrow defeat by the Red Rose.
