ENGLAND and India continue their marathon Test series in the marquee clash of the summer, which began in Birmingham and will conclude at the Oval in September.

What time does play start?

Play will begin at 11am local time every day at The Rose Bowl with close scheduled for 6pm.

For viewers in India, play will begin at 3.30pm and end at 10.30pm.

Another 30 minutes can be played to make up any overs that haven't been bowled.

Lunch is set for 1pm-1.40pm with the tea interval at 3.40pm-4pm.

What TV channel is it on and can I live stream it?

Sky Sports hold the rights to all England home internationals in the United Kingdom.

Thursday's first day will be on the Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Mix and Sky Sports Cricket channels from 10am.

Sky subscribers can stream all the action via Sky Go, and non-Sky customers can watch by buying a one-off Sky Sports Pass from NOW TV for £7.99 or a 10 month Sky Sports Pass for almost half-price.

Channel 5 will broadcast a free-to-air one-hour highlights show at 7pm every day.

In India, the series is available to watch and live stream on the Sony network.

How many Tests are England and India playing?

England take on India in five Tests matches at Edgbaston, Lord's, Trent Bridge, The Rose Bowl and The Oval.

India won the T20 series 2-1 before England responded with a 2-1 win in the ODI series, meaning it was honours even heading into the Tests.
