Tiger Woods is looking to start strong Saturday afternoon at the Dell Technologies Championship after a rough Round 1 at TPC Boston.
Currently No. 25 in the FedEx Cup standings, Woods hit only nine greens in regulation and was forced to grind for pars, finishing at 1-over Friday. Woods felt his putting game was on point, but he simply didn’t give himself enough opportunities. That will have to change if he wants to move up the leaderboard.

Well, the driver is working, but the approach shot makes for a tough 25-foot birdie attempt. Add that par to the growing list.
Hole 5: Par 4, 466 yards
That’s a strong drive about 300 yards down the right side of the fairway. Woods just misses on a tough break for birdie, and he taps the ball in for par.
Hole 4: Par 4, 353 yards
Back-to-back birdie chances for Woods, but he can’t get this putt to go down. He finishes off with his third par of Round 2.
Hole 3: Par 3, 208 yards
A terrific setup leaves Woods about 10 feet away on the Par 3, and he knocks in his first birdie of the day.
