What Southampton can learn from Chelsea defeat to win today's FA Cup semi-final

Chelsea's season might not look quite so disastrous if they win the FA Cup.

Standing in their way of that magical cloaking device is Southampton, a team who threw a two-goal lead against Antonio Conte's side last Saturday.

Mark Hughes' attempts to make Southampton more watchable have coincided with them conceding three goals in every one of his Premier League games in charge.

It's a dreadful record but if we look for a positive, it does at least suggest he really is trying to make changes instead of doing the usual new manager thing of 'everyone behind the ball'.

So, how might he approach this FA Cup semi-final and avoid losing another two goal advantage?
