The Syracuse University basketball team lost its third straight game on Tuesday night, falling to Virginia 68-61.
Watching Syracuse on the offense end is a full-on display of isolation basketball with Tyus Battle, Frank Howard and Oshae Brissett taking turns challenging defenders.
Virginia scored 15 points of Syracuse's 11 turnovers, which is a huge number in a game where possessions are gold due to the slow pace exhibited by both teams.
Howard was pulled in the first half for a short rest next to Boeheim, who reminded the junior point guard that turnovers come in different forms.
While the Cavaliers hit their free throws down the stretch to ice the win over the Orange, that three turnover spurt showed Jim Boeheim didn't call for the press soon enough.
