Jack Eichel will play for Buffalo Sabres in Tuesday's preseason game at Pegula ...


The 20-year-old Sabres forward, who was taken with the second overall pick in the 2015 NHL Draft, will play tonight in front of a sold out Pegula crowd.


Eichel played one year at Boston University, scoring 26 goals and assisting on 45 more for a total of 71 points in just 40 games.


The Penguins will bring the following players: Forwards Jay McClement, Bryan Rust, Greg McKegg, Daniel Sprong, Josh Archibald, Zach Aston-Reese, Teddy Blueger, Thomas Di Pauli, Carl Hagelin, Jordy Bellerive, Freddie Tiffels, and Sam Miletic.


Pittsburgh’s defensemen are Chad Ruhwedel, Olli Maatta, Matt Hunwick, Jarred Tinordi, Kevin Czuczman, and Derrick Pouliot.


The Sabres’ announced defensive pairings are as follows: Nathan Beaulieu and Zach Bogosian, Justin Falk and Victor Antipin, and Josh Gorges and Matt Tennyson
