Marlins blow two saves, lose to Phillies in 15 innings

That scene matched the one in the bottom of the ninth, when the Phillies thought Cesar Hernandez scored the game-winning run and mobbed batter Hyun Soo Kim at first base.

Barraclough also failed to convert on a save opportunity Saturday against the Braves , walking in the tying run.

Without closer Brad Ziegler , who is sidelined indefinitely with back issues, the Marlins have had trouble in the late innings.

Realmuto had a solid game for Miami, finishing 2 for 6 with a pair of RBI doubles, two runs scored and a walk.

Realmuto’s busy night at the plate and on the bases served as another recent bright spot in a post-All-Star Game stretch that included a .240 average, .290 OBP and .432 slugging percentage entering the week.
