Adam Bighill makes NFL debut tonight as Saints move him to active roster

Lions stalwart Adam Bighill from the practice squad and he would make his NFL regular-season debut on the road against the Minnesota Vikings Monday night.

The Saints terminated the contract of offensive tackle Bryce Harris to create the roster spot.

Linebackers Nate Stupar (hamstring) and Stephone Anthony (ankle) are both injured and unable to play for the Saints.

There was plenty of suggestion that he deserved a spot on the active roster immediately, but the Saints put him on their practice squad.
