The video clip of Sourav Ganguly intensely training the youngster has gone viral on social media. It is indeed a much-needed training drill for Sarfaraz Khan ahead of the IPL 2023 season.
Sarfaraz Khan who is an innovative stroker-maker of the game has been retained by Delhi Capitals for INR 20 lakh ahead of the IPL 2023 mini-auction in Kochi.
The 25-year-old has been in scintillating form in the domestic circuit. He is still waiting for the golden opportunity to play for the Indian cricket team.
On the other hand, Yash Dhull and others were also present in the training session. Sarfaraz Khan will be really looking forward to showcasing his mettle in the sixteenth edition of the IPL.

A verified Twitter user posted the video clip on his Twitter handle. According to the information, Soyrav Ganguly worked with Sarfaraz Khan really closely during the Delhi Capitals’ training camp in Kolkata ahead of the IPL 2023 season.

Sarfaraz has played 46 games in the Indian Premier League. He scored 532 runs at an average of 24.2 but slammed just one fifty to his name.
However, he has improved quite a lot in his batting. Given his recent form, he is certain to make a tremendous impact with the bat for Delhi Capitals.
On the other hand, he has played 37 matches in first-class cricket. He scored 3505 runs at an average of 79.65 including 13 centuries and 9 fifties.
Sarfaraz has scored 469 runs in List A cricket including two centuries. On the other side of the coin, Sarfaraz Khan scored 1071 runs in 84 matches. He slammed three fifties so far.
