1. Moeen Ali
Moeen Ali is rated ninth in the ICC T20I all-rounder standings and helped England win the 2022 T20 World Cup. He is a seasoned T20 all-rounder. He was striking at 145.81 in T20Is and taking 40 wickets at an average rating of 8.36.
