Real Madrid think Gareth Bale will end up at Stamford Bridge instead of Old Trafford as they are willing to include the Welshman in any deal for Eden Hazard
Real Madrid seems to have finally given up on injury-plagued Gareth Bale. Both Chelsea and Manchester United have been in the running for Bale along with his former club, Tottenham. However, it seems like Chelsea might be the one to finally add the 28-year-old to their roster and the reason is Eden Hazard.

Los Blancos are long-term admirers of Hazard and with the recent revelation from the Hazard’s father that the player has put his contract talks on hold so as to facilitate any possible move to Real will only stir up their interest.
This report comes courtesy of Don Balon who also claim that this move will cause much annoyance to Tottenham and Manchester United.
The Red Devils have been linked with Bale ever since his days at Southampton’s academy. Sir Alex Ferguson and David Moyes have tried and failed to get the player on United’s books. Jose Mourinho now wants to accomplish what his predecessors couldn’t. Mourinho’s search for a superstar player to play out wide is well documented with the Portuguese having failed in his pursuit of Ivan Perisic. Bale now seems to be on the top of his wishlist with the rumoured £80 million fees not being out of United’s reach.
Tottenham also harboured hopes of bringing Bale back to the club that made him a star. Spurs hoped that Bale would be their marquee signing as they move into a new stadium to usher in a new era. They, however, still have a chance should they include choose to include Harry Kane in the deal.
But Chelsea, as per Don Balon, are the likeliest to sign the Welshman.
Gareth Bale is a phenomenal player. Great aerial prowess, good on the ball and intelligent off the ball movement, he possesses all the qualities required to succeed at the highest level in the game. His only trouble lies in his ‘glass’ body. The man cannot get rid of his injury troubles. The time he spends off the pitch has made people forget how good of a player he actually is.
It will be fascinating to see if Real Madrid does actually let go of Bale, and if they do then where will the 28-year-old end up.
