Neymar left Barcelona this season after completing four years in Spain to join Paris Saint-Germain for a world record fees of £222 Million.
Since his move to the Paris based Club, the Brazilian has been the topic of many conversations regarding his controversies- both on and off the field. This week the player suddenly left France and flew to Brazil, to deal with a family problem. The forward’s relationship with his strike colleague Cavani has been the center of many conversations, after fighting on the pitch about taking a penalty kick. Apart from this, reports suggest that the player is reportedly unhappy with his coach Unai Emery.
Now some sources are reporting that the player has been plotting a move back to La Liga at the Santiago Bernabeu. And Neymar’s former teammate Andres Iniesta is now suggesting that the idea of him seeing his former teammate playing for their arch rivals is just hypothetical.
Iniesta in an interview said: “I would be indifferent, it’s not something that matters to me in that sense. But maybe it would bother me because I understand that he is a unique and decisive player and our biggest rivals would be reinforced, but this is hypothetical. In football, anything can happen. If it happens, we’ll see.”
Last week, the Real Madrid president Florentino Perez said that Neymar would find it easier to win Ballon d’Or at the Santiago Bernabeu. Perez has tried to sign the mega-star from Santos in 2013 before the player opted for a move away to Camp Nou.
Perez told Spanish Radio: “Being in Madrid would make it easier to win the Ballon d’Or.Madrid is a club that gives a big player everything they need to do so. Everyone knows I wanted to sign him.”
I personally feel that a move to Real Madrid is not possible. However, if this move takes place, the player would be a great asset to the club. Since arriving at Paris Saint-Germain, the player has been a true phenomena. Due to his energetic play and pacemaking skills, the player can create chances for his teammate. The player has been described as both “electric” and “explosive”. His arrival at the club will surely benefit Los Blancos.
