Celebrate the summer in style with the New Balance 997 “Desert Heat” colorway. As with most 997 releases, this pair features mostly suede construction with a hint of mesh, applied to the tongue for breathing and cooling purposes. It utilizes a primarily bone, or off-white color, complimented with sunset, a soft pink color, on the tongue. The heel and sock liner are brown in color. A similar brown has been used for the snakeskin-like suede graphics, applied to the ankle area and  side graphics.
