Now the English Premier League have made new fast acting rules.  which mean directors and owners of football clubs in England, will now have to undergo a yearly test , failing which the could be disqualified?

 The reasons for disqualifications are violating human rights anywhere, tax evasion, crime history.

 Now this makes thing very difficult fir club owners, directors and the E.P.L and the F.A.

 As if owners want to sell the club they will not be able to sell it   at a  good price.

 We saw it with the sale of Manchester United  the English who boast about their football clubs  ever had the money to buy the club Manchester United.
