Now both of these managers are  Complaining now that they are facing problems  that young and talented footballer's have all disappeared. , and to find one it is like looking for  a needle in a haystack.

 Gone are te days when we had striker's and players like Roberto Baggio, Aleksander Del Piero, Gianluca Viali, Alan Shearer, Andy Cole , Teddy Sherringham, Thierry Henry, David Trezequet. Patrick Vieira, Paul Gascoigne ,Ronaldo, Rivaldo Cafu, Dennis Bergkamp, David Beckham. Clarence Seedorf.

 You do not  see such footballers today, sadly clubs no longer produce them.

 So these  two managers are right to be worried for the future.

 Gareth Southgate even said soon I will haave to look in the second tier for talented players.
