Now after the Spanish prosecutor started investigating the Barcelona  football club ,to see if the Spanish giants really did buy the Spanish referees  to give them their winning results.

 Now people say it does look fishy in the Barcelona champion league matches played with Chelsa and Arsenal.

But let me remind U.E.F.A and others according to F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A rules when Spanish club Barcelona was playing with Chelsea and Arsenal, the rules clearly say that referee cannot be from Spain or England. It has to be from a third. country.

 Then my question here is then all of F.I.F.A ad U.E.F.A referees are  taking bribes as well.
