Self Improvement: 10 Questions You Should Ask Yourself

This free PDF will teach you how to free yourself
from the limiting beliefs that are holding you back

Often, I am contented with life the way things are, but at other times, I still aspire for something deeper and more meaningful.

Yes, in life we’re pelted with ‘problems’. It shouldn’t hinder us from becoming all we ought to be, though.

Our aspirations as kids should continue to live within us. Unlike children, adults can be so unambitious, self-conscious and closed-minded.

They say you can’t Teach an old dog new tricks… or can they?

Here are 10 questions you should ask yourself to further your self improvement.

1. What Do I Really Want?

The question of the ages. So many things you want to do with your life and so little time to do it.

Find something that you are good at so you can take that small step towards improvement.

Then start it immediately. It’s worth it.

2. Should I Really Change?

Today’s generation has taken it to another level when redefining ‘self’, or at least that’s what the kids are saying.

However, it’s the life we have gone through that teaches us.

Try to see if dancing dad style wouldn’t appeal to the younger generation.

Watch them applaud after showing them how to really dance! Do things your way. To hell with anyone else.

3. What’s The Bright Side In All of This?

With so much is happening around us, there can seem no room for considering the positive.

You won’t know until you try. Get doing. Life is not a dress rehearsal.

Stand and look if you can see the light at the end of the tunnel. If it’s a train at the end, take it for a ride and just see what happens!

4. Am I Comfortable With What I’m Doing?

There’s always the easy way, or the right way, for deciding what goes with which shoes, purse, shirt or whatever.

It doesn’t take a genius to know you’re unique, or else we’d all be the same in everything we do.

Variety is the spice of life. Celebrate your uniqueness in that variety and act in your own distinctive way.

Don’t live by others’ scripts.

5. Have I Done Enough for Myself?

Is there something more you want to do?

Long-term discontentment can be harmful. In small amounts, though, it forces you to do stuff you never believe possible.

If you’re not satisfied with your lot, stop putting off taking that first step to change your life for the better.

6. Am I Happy Where I Am Today?

Well, are you? If you love being a caring parent to your children or being a kind person, take it up a notch!

Do more of the good stuff. Keep contributing to society.

Your kids will love you forever. The same goes for everyday life.

7. Am I Appealing?

I don’t have an answer to that. What does appealing mean to you? It differs from person to person.

That doesn’t mean you can’t try something to give you a pick me up.

Do it for your benefit. Whether that’s getting in shape, a new wardrobe or hairstyle. Even your attitude towards other people.

Whatever you choose, do it with enthusiasm. You’ll feel alive.

8. How Much Could I Have?

Have more of what? Decide what you really want more of.

Money, love, friends, health, joy, peace? How much are you willing to work for it?

That’s up to you, but it won’t land on your lap if you choose not to work towards it.

9. What Motivates Me?

What motivates you? Do you actually know?

Have you ever sat down and thought about it? Some people don’t truly know who they are, as they’ve given too much of themselves away on behalf of other people.

There are many things that make people happy, but to choose to be?

That’s the scary bit. Is it time to find the courage to put yourself first for a change?

10. What Really Makes You Tick?

You can be anything you want to be. Seriously, you can.

Examine precisely what makes you tick. Not somebody else.

Social conditioning can really be a frustrating barrier to genuine personal freedom… but only if you allow it to be.

How will you know if you’ve already given up before even starting the journey?

Self-improvement is not just about the physical or philosophical changes you go through, it’s something you must want - just for yourself.

This free PDF will teach you how to free yourself from the Limiting Beliefs that are holding you back.
