On Wednesday, punjabi singer Sardool Sikander renowned for his singing and acting skills passed away at the age of 60. With recently tested positive for COVID-19, he was taking treatment for the same but he passed away due to multi organ failure. With such immense popularity and such a legendary career still he lost the battle of his precious human life onto the hands of Satan (Kaal Brahm) just because he wasn’t in the refuge of Supreme God Kabir.

Sudden Demise of Punjabi Singer Sardool Sikander

On Wednesday, famous punjabi playback Singer Sardool Sikander passed away at the age of 60 at Fortis Hospital, Mohali, Punjab. Recently tested postive for COVID-19 and was undergoing treatment for the same. Along with that he was also diabetic and under treatment for various other ailments too including kidney damage. And on Wednesday, 24 February he died due to multi organ failure.

On recieving the news of his sudden demise, various artists and political leaders like Punjab Chief Minister Capt. Amrinder Singh, Diljit Dosanjh, Vishal Dadlani, Gurdas Maan and various others wrote on twitter to express their grief for the same. 

Punjabi Singer Sardool Sikander Brief Life History and Career Highlights

Sardool Sikander was born at Kheri Naudh Singh in Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab and was associated with the Patiala gharana of music with 27 albums under his name. He was a son of a Tabla player, Late Sagar Mastana. He was married to Amar Noorie who is also a renowned punjabi actor and singer. And was living with his two sons Sarang and Alaap.

He made his debut appearence on television and radio in the decade of 1980s with the album ‘Roadways di Laari’.
