Quick Ways For Protecting And Cleansing Your Aura

The Aura is an energetic field that is found in and around the human being, reaching to excel a few centimeters of the physical body. You should feel how the waterfall cleanses the old emotions and the disturbing thoughts that have accumulated throughout the day.   • Perform this exercise very slowly, paying close attention to each and every part of the body. After having completed it, it must be repeated.   • Close your eyes and visualize a sun or golden globe above your head and outside the oval that surrounds you. Imagine a shower of golden light that leaves the globe and completely bathes your energy space. After 1 or 2 minutes visualize how under your feet a violet flame ignites and little by little it covers your entire field. After 1 or 2 minutes allow the flame to extinguish. Then imagine that you put a thin layer of blue light around your oval space. Then place a layer of violet light and finally an outer layer of golden light.
