Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
God sometimes allows certain challenges in our lives in order to strengthen our spirits and teach us to put our trust in Him instead of our own selves.
However, it is important to note that we are attacked not because God dislikes us but because the Devil dislikes God blessing us.
This is why the time of battle, hardships and persecution is the time to thank and praise God. It is a time to see God’s blessings behind our struggles. A time to get strengthened in faith and know that the blessings of God are stronger than the devils attack.
And oh, the devil has no power over us until we hand over ours cheaply to him. His attacks are a proof of his powerlessness before us.
If he starts putting obstacles in your way, that means God has a special plan of blessing for you.
Don’t give him the chance to destroy your prominent future.
Rebuke him, keep your confessions positive whiles giving thanks to God for giving you grace to triumph over the enemy.
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
If God is for you, who can be against you?
Rejoice my friend, I say Rejoice ever more!!
Whatever you’re going through now will all end in praise!!
