The COVID lockdown has caused an unprecedented amount of change in our lives. Some are enjoying the downtime. Meanwhile, others are facing the greatest challenges of their lives. This stress and anxiety Meditation is only a 10-minute meditation.

Guided chakra meditations help balance our physical, mental and spiritual bodies. This includes resolving stress and anxiety. If you are experiencing worry, anxiety or a little paranoia, try this stress and anxiety meditation.
For those relishing the break, and those who are amidst the chaos, meditation is beneficial. Currently, those in greatest need of meditation are those in the storm of Coronavirus. You are not alone. Together, we can support and heal each other.
Can a 10 Minute Meditation Help?
Yes, absolutely. Whether you take one second to stop and be mindful or spend hours meditating, all are beneficial. Unfortunately, time often doesn’t permit most people to dedicate hours to daily meditation. Ten-minute meditations are an ideal length to fit into the day.
Use YouTube, Zoom and Facebook to Better Your Health
The pace of the world seems to increase with every advance in technology. Computers and devices make it quicker and easier to order food, pay bills, talk to friends and family and work from home.
One of the greatest downfalls of this ease of access is there is no downtime. There is little time to reflect or pause because we are always on the move and doing something. Our minds are continually focussing on what to do next or wondering what that message or email was. Gone are the days where if we aren’t at home, someone would leave a message, and we’d get back to them when we could.
Health and Technology Combine
One of the silver linings of our constant advances is the ability to learn and connect digitally. We have all truly learnt the benefits of social platforms and chat and video software during the COVID lockdown.
I have been live streaming short guided meditations each week, and I’m preparing to run my meditation classes online with Zoom. If not for technology, I wouldn’t be able to reach everyone in need of healing and support during this time.
