Can Heartbreak be healed? It seems that a loving God, Spirit Guides, or our Guardian Angels would prevent this. It is a very painful experience.

The first question we all usually ask is, “Why did this happen?” If we lost someone in death, if a relationship ended, if some other tragic event happened, heart feels devastating. It feels as if we will never be whole again.

How Can My Heart be Healed?

Can our heart ever heal? It can. If we liken our heart to a seed. The seed placed in fertile ground must break open in order to grow to its full potential.

Heartbreak Can Uncover Hidden Potential

The breaking open of the seed is the first step to transformation. It is the same with us. The breaking of the heart is a catalyst. Some permanent change has happened. It means that we must also change.

The fertile soil of the heart are memories. Good memories that you have of the person or event that has gone away. That is the best way to show honor. Plant your roots deep in the good and pleasant memories.

Hydrate the memories with your tears. This will lead to healing and growth. Nothing can grow without water.
