The King Alfred Plan

The King Alfred Plan is a public policy, implemented in the late 1960’s, where the government began to set up a mechanism, of control, to militarize themselves against low income black people in their neighborhoods.

The Governments Are the Ultimate (and Only) Terrorist Groups in the World

A Mass Roundup and Extermination of Minorities

There are plans the government has put into place that negatively affect the populace, especially the poor, who are just wanting to live their lives. They neglected to let the people in the affected areas know what was in store for them. Of course, they used these peoples tax dollars to work this mischief against them.

“In case of emergency minority members will be evacuated from the cities by Federalized National Guard Units, local and state police, and if necessary units by the regular armed forces using public and military transportation and detained in nearby military installations until a further course of action has been decided.” excerpt from National Security Council memo.
