OUR LATEST EDUBIRDIE REVIEW

About Edubirdie

Today we will be doing a UK Edubirdie review. Edubirdie is a large online essay writing service that’s been around for quite a while and gained a solid reputation over time. The service is a property of the Boosta company, with a simple and fairly straightforward layout. In fact, you will see many of the features they offer right there on the home page. To get started, all you have to do is enter your email address and you’re ready to go! Edubirdie uses a bidding system to assign jobs. That means Edubirdie doesn’t decide who will write your essay for you; you do.

Edubirdie features a lot  online in discussions about the best essay writing services. It’s important to point out, however, that part of that online fervor is generated by the team at Edubirdie itself. The service actively promotes itself on various social media platforms, including Reddit, Facebook, and YouTube. In fact, they work with different influencers to help them reach their target audience. That said, there are a lot of positive reviews about the service online singing its praises, so we decided to check them out and form our own opinion.

Executive Summary

Edubirdie has been something of a household name for many years, gaining favor from media houses like Cosmopolitan, Elite Daily, and even CNBC. They also remain quite popular with students, as they have consistently put out good quality custom papers and editing services.

The service uses a bidding system, with prices depending on different factors, including the level of education and experience of the Writer. The site offers some free tools, such as a plagiarism checker and paraphrasing tool, that you can use without even opening an account. The pricing can be a bit of a hit or miss, as they can be expensive, but the quality often justifies it. That said, the service has also been involved in a few public scandals. In spite of that, they seem to endure, and aren’t likely to go anywhere anytime soon.

Price

As mentioned earlier, Edubirdie uses a bidding system to determine prices for projects. They start at $18 per page, though the price can be much higher than that. The prices vary depending on the type of work, the amount of work, the deadline, and the experience and education level of the writer involved.

To be honest, this service is on the expensive side. You could very easily end up spending $200 or more for a 5 or 6-page essay.

Quality

Now, while the prices are high, the quality of papers from Edubirdie is actually pretty good. Another great aspect of Edubirdie is that they have a good system for categorizing their writers based on experience and qualifications. As such, there are three tiers of quality:

Standard: Standard quality writers are verified, but new in the system. However, they are still capable of writing good quality papers.

Premium: Premium quality writers are those who have at least a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum success rate of 80%. Additionally, they have all undergone a quality assurance check.

Platinum: Platinum quality writers have at least a Master’s degree, have done more than 30 orders, and have a minimum success rate of 90%.

Service Review

Our experience with Edubirdie was fairly straightforward. We loved that the site allowed us to order a paper without first creating an account. We ordered a 4-page Literature essay and gave a 2-week deadline. We made sure the article brief had lots of details so the writer could handle it easily.

Almost immediately after posting our essay we got 5 bids, from writers of varying quality. The well-rated ones were really expensive, though, compared to the average ones. We picked one of the writers and waited. We didn’t get any direct communication from the writer, but we received the work before it was due. This was a standard-rated writer, but they did a surprisingly good job. There were a few edits required, which we put through to customer support. They were done in about 2 days.

Pros and Cons

Pro

The bidding system is pretty cool, as you get to choose your own writer.

We also liked customer support, which responded promptly to our requests.

You get unlimited revisions, which ensures you get the quality you asked for in the end.

Cons

We don’t like that the writers use fake photos on their profiles.

We also don’t like the fact that Edubirdie self-promotes so much. It’s hard to find reviews online that weren’t written by Edubirdie staff.

Below is an example of a fake photo. It was lifted from the internet.

Online Reputation

There are numerous reviews of Edubirdie online, including testimonials on their own site. We do, however, prefer genuine reviews from customers of Edubirdie, as opposed to their own self-promotion. It can be difficult to tell which is which online, so we had to take it all with a grain of salt. Reviews.io, SiteJabber, and other review sites have many positive reviews of the site, though there is the occasional criticism of their service. We like to pay special attention to these, as they are almost always written by a genuine customer. Overall, though, we would say customers seem to be pretty happy and satisfied with Edubirdie.

Guarantees

The terms and conditions are very clear about what guarantees Edubirdie offers. The main points to remember are as below:

You can request a refund within 3 days of getting the paper.

Edubirdie reserves the right to give the righter some percentage of the money you paid if they feel your refund request has no clear reason.

Edubirdie admits that the refund process can take a while, but they guarantee that you’ll get your money back if you meet the criteria outlined in their terms and conditions.

Types of Services

Edubirdie offers writing and editing services, though these can be divided into the below, each of which is a service you can get here:

      Research proposals

      Annotated bibliography

      Term papers

      Coursework

      Dissertations

      Research papers

You can also hand in an already written paper and have someone look at it for editing.

Ordering Process

First, you order a piece of work and submit as many details as you can. Writers then bid for your work and you can pick one that makes sense to you given your needs. After that, you will make your payment via PayPal/Visa/Mastercard. You will typically get your work before the deadline, and you may request as many revisions as you need. We do advise, however, that you make your initial brief as clear as possible to avoid repetitive and time-consuming reviews.

Offers and Extra Services

Edubirdie offers 3 services free of charge:

A plagiarism checker that not only checks for originality, but also fixes typos and grammatical errors.

A citation generator that can generate and edit your bibliography in 10 different citation styles.

A paraphrasing tool that helps reword parts of your essay, especially to avoid plagiarism.

Final Rate: General Impression About the Company’s Site

The site isn’t outstanding, but it is straightforward, which is a good thing. It’s a no-frills platform where you can quickly get what you’re looking for. We also like their service in so far as it is good quality, especially the customer support. We wish their prices were lower, but at least we aren’t complaining about the quality of work offered.
