Today our MIEE Spotlight shines on Sharon Crisp, an ICT Trainer working for Fife Council.

Sharon's role is to provide training to both staff and students in over 190 establishments in Fife alongside two other trainers. She is an avid Microsoft user and is heavily involved in promoting and delivering training on the Office 365 products provided via Glow in Scotland. Sharon uses the Office 365 blogging tool to provide e-Portfolios saved in OneDrive. She also advocates Forms as a fantastic resource for evaluations and homework. The kids Sharon meets love to use Sway to present, and Sharon loves how this easy tool allows them to create impressive presentations even with minimal ICT skills. Finally, Yammer is a useful communication and collaboration tool which Sharon encourages for school reflection. Sharon continues to be passionate about integrating already established technologies whilst exploring new ones to continue to challenge and broaden her own knowledge, so that in turn she can share this with others.
