Today's MIEE Spotlight highlights the work of Simon Goodall, Assistant Head teacher at Denbigh School, a Microsoft School in Milton Keynes.
At Denbigh School they are utilising the use of the Office 365 suite to create 'Digital Pioneers' of technology. Their aim is to empower their students to achieve more and progress through utilising technology to engage and enhance their learning. Digital inking forms a pivotal part of this so that technology is used to support students' learning.

Using Surface and OneNote, to utilise digital inking Denbigh have revolutionised student study to provide organisation and make resources available at their fingertips. Through a research study, Simon showed the impact of technology and how the 'power of the pen' can shape students' engagement in their learning proving that small actions with Microsoft technologies can result in big impacts in teaching and learning.
