Nexon Korea announced the release of Pinpop VEGAS: Extreme Pinball on iOS and Android. The pinball game allows users to complete single-player story levels, as well as to compete against other players in two-player duels.
In each single-player level, users are challenged to complete an objective before running out of time. For instance, one stage may ask players to earn a required number of points, while another stage may challenge players to hit targets on the table with the ball. In each stage, players can launch the ball around the pinball table by tapping on the left and right sides of the screen to control the flippers.
Meanwhile, the game’s real-time duels are split into two rounds, and in each round, both players have 25 seconds to earn as many points as possible. At the end of each round, the player with the higher round score has a chance to attack their opponent and reduce their score. At the end of both rounds, the player who has the highest total number of points will receive coins as a reward. Users need to wager some of their own coins to access each duel.
As users progress, they will be able to collect a variety of pinballs to use in future games.
In addition to playing in the single-player mode and competing in two-player duels, users can also participate in timed events. Finally, users will eventually be able to play in a four-player free-for-all mode, as well as compete in tournaments.
Pinpop VEGAS: Extreme Pinball is available to download for free on the iTunes App Store and Google Play.
