We are excited to announce that we’ve rounded out our Leadership team with two recent additions: Charlie DiBona as Chief Financial Officer, and Chris Vaughn as Chief Information Security Officer! Together they bring an impressive 50 combined years of enterprise experience that will add to our existing financial and security expertise.
Charlie is no stranger to enterprise software—he’s held positions at Tresoro Ventures, TresoroLabs, and Microsoft running strategy and mergers for their Server and Tools Business. In addition, Charlie spent almost a decade as a sell-side equity analyst in New York covering Enterprise Software including Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce and others. He is here eager to hit the ground running overseeing our global financial strategy, investor relations, future financing activity, and pricing and payment strategies. Additionally, he’ll be leading efforts to evaluate new and adjacent market opportunities and drive our continued growth worldwide.
Chris joins us from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, where he is credited with developing the information Security Program for the world’s largest private foundation. In his tenure there, he oversaw strategic planning, program development, security engineering, and IT service continuity. Prior to that, Chris led the infrastructure security program for Nestle S.A. As Unify Square’s CISO, he will continue to propel our cloud software and related services into a market leadership role as the most secure in the industry, meeting and surpassing the information security needs of our worldwide Fortune 500 customers.
Welcome to the team! For more information, check out our press release and mention in GeekWire.
