The software 1AV Sound Recorder is capable of recording what you hear on your PC, to Record your speakers.

To record ‘What you hear’ you must have the ‘Stereo Mix’ device installed on your system: Right-click the mouse over the speaker icon on the system tray and select ‘Recording Devices’. In there you should be able to see an Audio device named ‘Stereo Mix’. If you can’t then right-click the mouse inside the devices area and show disabled and disconnected devices and then check to see if Stereo Mix’ is showing. If you still can’t see the ‘Stereo Mix’ device then go to RealTek website and download the audio drivers for your version of Windows, install it and you will have the ‘Stereo Mix’ device installed on your system and you will be able to record ‘What you hear’.

When you open 1AV Sound Recorder the first thing you see is the list of audio devices installed on the system: Select the ‘Stereo Mix’ audio device and you will be ready to start recording, just click ‘Record’ and starting capturing the audio from your speakers.
