Create a nice and short event to announce ‘Game on!’ to your workforce. Make them feel like a part of something great. Showcase rewards. Involve senior leadership and showcase how things will be more fun and productive for employees.

Pro tip: Always be prepared to drive engagement after launching the gamification solution. For most of the workforce, it would be a new experience and it would be amazing of you to give them that extra attention along the journey.
